Hi, I'm Gilad! This is my Story
Ā In 2017 I took a bet. With my wife and small children, we moved 6,000 miles across the globe (that's 10,000 kilometers). I joined Amazon as a Software Development Manager. ThisĀ move super-charged my growth as a manager, even after years of experience at a smaller company.
Later on I moved to Meta, where I learned even more about a different style of management. I love to compare and contrast my experience in a startup, Amazon, and Meta. I never stopped growing.
In 2022 I left and founded Naor Tech with the goal of helping other managers. Along the way, I've helped hundreds of managers level-up in their own journey.
